Teaching
Teaching Philosophy
My approach to teaching reflects my own innovative mindset. I guide students (prospective or practicing higher education academics) through a design-based thinking approach to innovative their instructional practice based on the underlying cognitive, motivational, and social factors that shape the optimal context for learning in higher education. With the ultimate goal being knowledge transfer and putting ideas into practice, students form a learning community in which they share problems arising from their authentic contexts and connect their learning to future goals.
